Family-run and fair: plans change, and we try to make changing them painless.
Cancel more than 48 hours before pickup for a full refund of any rental charges and deposit paid.
Cancellations inside 48 hours of pickup incur a fee of one day's rental charge; the deposit is refunded in full.
If you do not arrive within 2 hours of the pickup time and have not contacted us, the booking may be treated as a no-show: one day's rental charge applies and the deposit is refunded.
Date changes are free when the car is available for the new dates; any difference in rental charges (including taxes) is settled at pickup.
If we must cancel (for example, a vehicle safety issue), you receive a full refund of everything paid, including the deposit.
